Job Description:

Join the Med Surg Float Team at Bellin Hospital in Green Bay for a 13-week travel contract that offers a blend of night shifts and float opportunities across various units. You’ll typically work 8-hour night shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with flexibility for 12-hour night shifts, providing a change of pace from standard schedules. In this role, you’ll float to units such as observation, cardiac, medical, surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, and transitional care, gaining broad experience and developing confidence in different patient care environments. This position is perfect for adaptable RNs with at least 1-2 years of Med Surg experience, who enjoy managing multiple units and tackling diverse challenges amid a supportive team. Expect to perform venipuncture, manage Cardizem administration, and document using Epic, all while maintaining efficiency and resilience. You’ll be part of a schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday rotation, with guaranteed hours and opportunities for overtime if desired.
