Job Description:

Join our team as a respiratory therapist in a smaller, slower-paced facility where your skills will be essential during both routine and urgent situations. You will perform assessments, conduct diagnostic testing, administer prescribed treatments, and evaluate their effectiveness. Flexibility is key as shifts involve 12-hour rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, with the possibility of rapid response to incoming triage cases that require quick action and coordination with the main hospital in Boston. Experience working with NICU or PICU patients is required, and you'll use your expertise to draw arterial blood gases and manage patient care effectively. The role offers a chance to work within a close-knit team where your contributions directly impact patient outcomes in a quieter setting compared to larger hospitals.
