Job Description:

Join us as a Care Coordinator Registered Nurse on a 24-week travel contract at Parnassus in San Francisco. This role involves managing complex care for patients who have undergone heart transplants, including immunosuppression monitoring, prophylactic antibiotic management, and vigilance for organ rejection and infections. You'll have the chance to float across UCSF facilities, gaining exposure to a variety of clinical scenarios, all while working four days each week in 10-hour shifts. This assignment offers a unique blend of specialized transplant care and the flexibility to experience the vibrant city of San Francisco during your time off.
