Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel assignment in Lewes, Delaware, working in a combined medical, surgical, and cardiac ICU at a busy Level 1 trauma center. This position features rotating 12-hour night shifts, primarily nights, with an average weekly commitment of 36 hours. You’ll be caring for a diverse range of patients experiencing respiratory distress, COPD, overdoses, post-operative cardiac procedures, strokes, seizures, and more. This role is perfect for ICU nurses with at least two years of recent ICU experience and valid ICU or compact licenses. Prepare to utilize equipment like ventilators, arterial lines, CVP, Swan-Ganz catheters, and handle complex procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Fluency with Cerner charting, Rx Station medication system, and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIH are required. This assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work in a large, state-of-the-art facility with a dedicated team in a beautiful coastal setting that’s just a short drive from Philadelphia and Baltimore.
