Job Description:

Join a lab management team where you'll oversee a wide range of clinical laboratory areas, including Hematology, Serology, Chemistry, Coagulation, Microbiology, Blood Banking, and Anatomical Pathology. This role involves managing lab operations such as QC reviews, staff interviewing and onboarding, scheduling, and ensuring productivity and regulatory readiness. You'll draw on your previous lab manager experience to support the team, review validation procedures, and help maintain compliance with CAP standards. As a supervisor, you'll be the go-to for overseeing lab workflows without the need for phlebotomy, focusing on technical oversight in a dynamic lab environment. Enjoy a chance to lead in a well-equipped setting utilizing instruments like Abbott Alinity, Immucor ECHO, and Sysmex analyzers. This contract offers a balanced day shift—8am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday—with no expected weekend, holiday, or call duties, allowing for a steady routine while making a meaningful impact on laboratory operations.
