Job Description:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) specializing in home health therapy and rehabilitation, you will be working primarily in patients' homes, delivering essential therapy services that support recovery and independence. This role involves Monday through Friday daytime hours, guiding patients through personalized treatment plans, monitoring progress, and adjusting interventions as needed.
