Job Description:

Join a specialized Level II NICU team in Silverdale, where you'll provide critical neonatal care during overnight shifts. This role requires competence in postpartum couplet care and attending deliveries, with a focus on infants born with low birth weight or prematurity. You'll stabilize and transition high- and low-risk newborns, many of whom recover from respiratory or hemodynamic issues. For those who thrive on autonomy, this assignment offers the chance to work closely with in-house Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and state-of-the-art RT equipment, including vents and Cpap. The environment is collaborative, with a friendly manager who values quality and feedback, making this a rewarding opportunity for seasoned NICU travelers.
