Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel assignment as a NICU Registered Nurse in Hagerstown, Maryland, where you'll be integral to supporting neonatal patients in the NICU II unit. This role involves caring for neonates between 29-34 weeks gestation, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio, and the flexibility to float to well-baby units when needed. You'll work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a setting that emphasizes teamwork and adaptability. Expect to utilize your BLS and NRP certifications while navigating the Epic EMR system, delivering care during a period of growth and learning in this specialized environment.
