Job Description:

Join a rewarding assignment on the Medical/Surgical 5th Floor at ThedaCare Neenah, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts every weekend, providing crucial support during peak hours. This role offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospital environment, focused on Med/Surg, COVID, and specialized cases like pre- and post-cardiac catheterization procedures and pacemaker care. You'll collaborate closely with support staff to manage patient ratios of 1:5-6, focusing on delivering excellent care to a diverse patient population—including the occasional pediatric case. The schedule is ideal for experienced RNs comfortable managing change and thriving during night hours, with the opportunity to visit the beautiful surroundings during your days off.
