Job Description:

Join a fast-paced Endoscopy unit at Mercy Hospital Springfield as an OR RN specializing in outpatient and hospital endoscopy procedures. In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting with 18-21 procedures per room per shift, managing conscious sedation, documenting procedures accurately in EPIC, and preparing the procedure room for each case. The environment offers a blend of outpatient and inpatient cases, with an emphasis on teamwork and precision. You'll gain valuable hands-on experience working with Olympus scopes and ERBE equipment, contributing to a facility recognized for safety and excellence. Note: The role involves working with delicate instruments, supporting patient recovery, and collaborating closely with physicians and staff to ensure smooth procedures.

Job Specifics:

Location: Springfield, MO
Shift: Days, 5x8, hours may vary between 0730-1600 with 2-3 late days per week
