Job Description:

Join a dedicated outpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation team as a Cardiac Rehab Registered Nurse. In this role, you'll assist patients by overseeing exercise sessions in the gym, managing case plans, and guiding inpatient cardiac rehab patients through assisted ambulation and educational activities. Expect to work alongside a team of two staff members per patient, ensuring personalized care. This assignment offers a chance to experience a fast-paced, patient-centered environment focused on heart health, all while keeping the workday engaging and rewarding.
