Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurse on this rewarding 13-week travel contract in Winston-Salem. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to neurological patients, including stroke, neurosurgery, epilepsy, and trauma cases. Your expertise in IV starts, telemetry, and dysrhythmia management will be essential as you monitor and support patients in a 4-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and other Neuro units. Expect a 12-hour day shift, every other weekend, with frequent floating to other MedSurg and Telemetry areas, possibly including COVID care units. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to enhance your neuro nursing skills while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
