Job Description:

Join a Cardiothoracic ICU where you'll be at the forefront of post-cardiac surgery care, immediately supporting patients as they recover directly from the operating room. This role involves titrating drips, including sedation medications and vasoactive agents, managing chest tube and line removals, assisting with mobilization, and recording daily weights. You'll work with a variety of ICU patients, including those with CABG, valve surgeries, Ross procedures, thoracic surgeries, and aortic dissection cases. Familiarity with specialized devices such as CRRT, Tablo, Aquadex, Impella, IABP, Heart Mate III, external VAD, and ECMO is highly valued. This assignment offers the chance to work in a critical care setting that challenges your skills and keeps your expertise sharp—all while making a tangible difference in patient outcomes.
