Job Description:

This 14-week travel contract offers an engaging opportunity for procedure nurses working in a specialized cath lab and interventional radiology setting. You'll circulate and monitor patients during complex vascular, neuro, EP, and cardiology procedures, with the chance to float to radiological areas like CT, ultrasound, or MRI for procedures and sedations. The role involves recovery duties, including conscious sedation for bone marrow aspirations, bronchoscopies, and cardioversions. Unique to this assignment is the hybrid OR environment with three operational rooms, a fourth nearing completion, and advanced equipment like Epic, GE MACLab, Siemens X-ray, and PACS. The schedule includes 12-hour daytime shifts, with opportunities for on-call duties and rotation through various procedural responsibilities, making this a busy yet rewarding role for adaptable nurses eager to work in a high-tech cardiac and radiology setting.
