Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers a unique opportunity for Registered Nurses comfortable with floating across all PCU and MS units within a large, magnet-designated acute care hospital in Roanoke, Virginia. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with the chance to request additional shifts if desired. The role involves adapting to staffing needs that are reevaluated every 4 hours, so expect to float 2-3 times per shift. The position is perfect for nurses who enjoy versatile clinical work, from IV therapy and blood product administration to managing complex airway supports and telemetry monitoring. The busy Unit ratios and diverse patient needs ensure no two days are alike, and your skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia management, and emergency response will be put to good use in this fast-paced environment.
