Job Description:

Join a hospital team as a Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift contract at Deaconess Midtown in Evansville, Indiana. In this role, you'll perform complex patient assessments, initiate and manage IV drips such as Heparin and Insulin, and handle procedures like NG tube insertions and blood administrations. Expect to work primarily during your night shift from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, covering a 36-hour weekly commitment, with options for additional hours if desired. Your expertise in Cardiac care—including post-cardiac catheter recovery, neuro assessments, and cardiovascular monitoring—will be vital in managing patients with cardiac events, post-surgical needs, and CVA/TIA conditions.
