Job Description:

This travel RN position places you on a 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts in a large hospital, where you'll be supporting diverse medical and surgical units. Expect to manage a wide range of patient conditions including chronic illnesses like COPD and Diabetes, infections such as pneumonia and sepsis, neurological issues like stroke and traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorders. Your work will involve performing assessments, care planning, medication administration, and using equipment like IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitors. The role offers a chance to experience a variety of procedures including colonoscopies, thoracentesis, and minor surgeries, all while working with Epic electronic health records and other advanced tools.
