Job Description:

Join our team as a hospital nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical and Step-down units for a 13-week contract in Oklahoma City. This position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from those with straightforward conditions to more complex health issues. You'll be responsible for managing assigned patient caseloads, documenting responses to treatments, assisting physicians with examinations and minor procedures, and monitoring physiological data. Familiarity with central line care, Foley management, dialysis site care, and end-of-life procedures will help you excel in this role. You will also administer medications, initiate IV infusions, and collaborate with families to ensure seamless care transitions. Charge experience is a significant plus, emphasizing the importance of leadership on the floor.
