Job Description:

Join our interventional radiology team for a 13-week contract working in Charlottesville, VA. This role is not for a nurse, but for a skilled radiology technician ready to assist in complex procedures in the radiology and cardiology settings. Expect to work four 10-hour shifts each week, with responsibilities that include supporting imaging procedures, equipment setup, and ensuring smooth workflow during interventions. You’ll have the chance to experience a mix of scheduled procedures and on-call duties, including one weekday and one weekend call every couple of months. Parking is convenient for on-call shifts, and you’ll need BLS and ARRT certification, along with a VA license—though a temporary authorization can be used to start. This assignment offers an engaging environment where technical expertise and quick adaptability are valued.
