Job Description:

This contract position places you on a fast-paced, adult and geriatric-focused unit where you'll be responsible for managing patients with conditions such as cardiac issues, nephrology concerns, strokes, and diabetes. You will be performing assessments and titrating drips including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications, all while navigating a shift schedule of 12-hour days. The role requires a strong critical thinking mindset, good communication, and the ability to adapt quickly—the occasional hero in a busy healthcare environment. You'll participate in a brief but thorough orientation, including a skills exam, and work alongside charge nurses and support staff to deliver quality care in a setting that values your proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
