Job Description:

Join a specialized respiratory therapy team for a 13-week travel assignment in Silverdale, WA. This role primarily involves working on the inpatient unit during 12-hour night shifts, where you'll be responsible for drawing ABGs, setting up bipap and ventilator equipment, administering nebulizer treatments, and supporting conscience sedation and cardioversion procedures. The position emphasizes ventilator management and NICU experience, particularly with bubble CPAP for 32-week and up neonates. You'll have the opportunity to lead and assist in intubation procedures while working alongside a dedicated staff, including a lead therapist on each shift. This assignment offers a chance to apply advanced respiratory skills in a busy neonatal and adult environment, with evenings and weekends full of meaningful work rather than patient care obligations.
