Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiac stepdown unit as an RN, where you'll be working in a 48-bed facility focused on cardiac care, including pulmonary and post-surgical patients. You'll be responsible for managing frequent IV drips such as Heparin, Milrinone, Lasix, and Bumex, while caring for patients with diagnoses like CHF, NSTEMI, arrhythmias, and those recovering from vascular surgery. This role involves day shifts of 12 hours, three days a week, offering a stable and engaging environment to apply your two years of cardiac telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will hold a BSN and be licensed to practice as an RN in the state. Certification in NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS is required, along with Cerner experience. This assignment provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a focused cardiac team in a vibrant city setting.
