Job Description:

This contract opportunity is ideal for registered nurses experienced in progressive care and cardiac recovery. You will be working in a 44-bed PCU with mixed acuity patients, including intermediate care, Telemetry, and MedSurg cases. The role involves managing patients with complex cardiac conditions such as MI, CHF, arrhythmias, post-vascular procedures, and post-cardiac surgery, including post-PCI, TAVR, and pacemaker patients. The shift is 12-hour night shifts, offering an engaging overnight experience with a focus on detailed rhythm interpretation, medication titrations, and post-procedure monitoring. You'll collaborate closely with support staff like CNAs, telemetry techs, and hospitalists, ensuring smooth patient care. This position offers a chance to deepen your cardiac skills in a supportive setting while enjoying the charm of Rapid City.
