Job Description:

Join our Emergency Department team as an ER RN on a 13-week travel contract in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. In this role, you'll provide frontline care in a busy, state-designated Level III Trauma Center and Level II Stroke Center that treats over 60,000 patients annually. Earn your keep working 12-hour mids, with every other weekend and holiday shifts required. The facility expects float flexibility to other units and hospitals, making adaptability a key part of the assignment. You'll use your expertise to handle a broad spectrum of emergency cases across all ages, from trauma to stroke, with nurse-to-patient ratios that range from 1:1 to 1:4 depending on acuity. This position offers an engaging work experience in a dynamic environment, allowing you to showcase your critical thinking and rapid response skills while enjoying the camaraderie of a dedicated ED team.
