Job Description:

Join a specialized healthcare team as a NICU Registered Nurse in Oakland, providing expert inpatient care in a level 3 and 4 neonatal intensive care setting. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, where you'll be responsible for monitoring and supporting premature and critically ill newborns during the quiet hours. You'll need to be comfortable floating to other UCSF units and facilities as required, offering flexibility and a broad skill set. With at least two years of NICU experience, including PICU, and pediatric background, you'll help ensure the highest quality of care in this demanding but rewarding environment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the health and recovery of vulnerable infants, making each shift meaningful and impactful.
