Job Description:

Join a small rural hospital laboratory team for a 7 on, 7 off contract position working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. As a Medical Laboratory Technician or Medical Technologist, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests, managing workflow independently during weekends and holidays, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure accurate results. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a close-knit setting where your skills directly impact patient diagnoses while enjoying a schedule that allows for work-life balance.
