Job Description:

Join a traveling Medical Surgical Nursing team in Wilmington, North Carolina, where you'll be on night shifts providing vital care to adult and geriatric patients. This role involves managing insulin and heparin drips, performing wound dressings, and supporting patients with high-flow oxygen or limited BiPAP support. As part of a specialized Inclement Weather Team, you'll be ready to work during storm or disaster scenarios, assisting with COVID-19 patient care when needed. The assignment offers a chance for first-time travelers to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on adult general Med/Surg cases. Expect to work every other weekend, with flexibility on hours, and be prepared for a 13-week adventure that keeps you engaged without the burden of long-term commitment.
