Job Description:

Join us on a 13-week respiratory therapy assignment in Metairie, Louisiana, working the night shift from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM. This role is perfect for experienced RRT and CRT professionals eager to apply their skills in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on neuro diagnostics and neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) settings. Expect to perform advanced respiratory procedures and work closely with healthcare teams to support patient breathing and neuro assessment needs. The setting offers a chance to enhance your technical expertise while experiencing the unique rhythms of Louisiana’s lively culture. Travelers should be comfortable with EPIC documentation and possess required certifications, including BLS, RRT or CRT, Louisiana State License, and NRP, with preferred certifications such as ACLS and PALS adding an extra edge. This assignment offers a balanced workload of 36 hours per week, every other weekend, and holidays, providing ample opportunity to explore local sights during your free time.
