Job Description:
This contract position offers an opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to work overnight shifts on a 36-bed Progressive Care Unit in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for managing patients with diagnoses such as COPD, heart failure, arrhythmias, renal failure, and sepsis, among others. The role involves caring for trached and ventilated patients, interpreting cardiac rhythms, and performing complex clinical tasks, all while collaborating with a dedicated support team that includes virtual nursing, case managers, and specialists. Unique to this assignment is the requirement to float within a regional network, providing versatility and broad exposure within a family-oriented, team-focused environment. Expect to be hands-on with patient monitoring, medication management, and supporting patient mobility, making this a well-rounded and rewarding experience for those committed to clinical excellence.
