Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical-Surgical nursing team at a well-equipped facility in Sheboygan, WI, where you will be responsible for providing excellent care to adult patients with a variety of conditions, including post-surgical recovery, cellulitis, GI bleeds, CHF, and COVID-positive cases. This role involves managing stable trachs, IV placements, port and central line care, and supporting patients with CPAP/BiPAP devices. The day-to-day work is structured around 12-hour mids shifts with a patient ratio typically around 4 to 6 patients per nurse, and support from highly experienced CNAs and 24/7 RT and hospitalist teams. You'll experience a physically engaging but rewarding environment that emphasizes skill application and teamwork, all set in a hospital known for its trauma and stroke care. Don't worry about long hours—this assignment offers a manageable 36 hours per week over 13 weeks, with some flexibility for time off and a friendly, professional atmosphere.
