Job Description:

Join a MedSurg unit in Dixon, Illinois, for a 13-week travel healthcare contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role is ideal for registered nurses who enjoy overnight work and are prepared to deliver skilled care on a busy 23-bed unit on the 4th floor, with some flexibility to float to ICU, ER, or BHC based on experience. You will be managing patients with conditions like NSTEMI, COPD, PNA, Sepsis, and AKI, with a typical patient ratio of 1:5, which can go up to 1:7. The job involves quick thinking, accurate documentation, and collaboration with charge nurses and PT staff.
