Job Description:

Join an experienced team of Operating Room Registered Nurses in Anchorage for a 13-week travel contract. This role offers the opportunity to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts, either starting around 6:45 AM or 9:00 AM. You'll be responsible for preoperative and intraoperative support, ensuring procedures run smoothly in a busy magnet hospital designated as a Level II Trauma center. This assignment is perfect for a nurse with a minimum of two years' OR experience who holds an Alaska RN license in hand, ready to step into a fast-paced surgical environment. Your expertise in sterile technique, surgical instrument handling, and adaptability to float to related units will be essential. The hospital provides scrubs and free parking, allowing you to focus on delivering top-tier surgical care while experiencing the vibrant lifestyle of Anchorage.
