Job Description:

This contract opportunity invites Medical Surgical Registered Nurses to join a 57-bed unit dedicated to internal medicine patients with diverse medical diagnoses. The role involves managing multiple patient care tasks during 12-hour daytime shifts on Fridays through Sundays, with a chance to float to MS and MS/Tele units. You'll work alongside a charge nurse and supervisor on every shift, gaining valuable experience in a setting equipped with amenities such as video monitoring, sitter rooms, ceiling lifts, and bariatric accommodations. Expect to be actively moving, ambulating, and assisting patients, often in a bustling environment that keeps you on your feet. This position is perfect for candidates with at least 1.5 to 2 years of recent medical-surgical experience, and first-time travelers are welcome.
