Job Description:

This respiratory therapy role offers the opportunity to work across adult and geriatric acute care units, with a focus on high-risk patient populations. The therapist will perform critical care procedures such as invasive and non-invasive ventilation management, airway management, and response to emergency codes. Floating within the metro region, including Toledo and surrounding hospitals, requires flexibility and adaptability. The assignment involves assisting with pediatrics and Peds ER cases, so comfort with all age groups and basic pediatric respiratory care is essential. Expect to deliver medications, perform airway procedures, interpret blood gases, and support both general and critical care patients in a fast-paced environment. This position provides hands-on experience with a variety of advanced Respiratory Therapy interventions in a busy hospital setting.
