Job Description:

Join an engaging Labor and Delivery team in Worcester, MA, as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. This role involves floating between L&D and postpartum (PP) units in true LDRP positions, providing essential care to new mothers and their babies. Expect to work 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts (18:45 - 07:15) on a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend and holiday. Be prepared for the challenge of two pass/fail exams at orientation—a medication exam and telemetry exam—that are crucial for contract continuation. Prior experience of at least 2 years with travel background is acceptable, with a strong preference for 3 years or more. You will be assigned to a maternity float pool, supporting both units as needed, and must demonstrate proficiency in Epic, ACLS, BLS, and NRP.
