Job Description:

Join a small yet busy Emergency Room just a few miles from downtown Augusta, where you'll be the core of lifesaving efforts in a team handling patients from pediatrics through geriatrics. This 14-bed ER operates with a 1:4 staff-to-patient ratio, and you'll work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM over 12 weeks. The setting features an on-site ambulance ready around the clock, emphasizing rapid response and transport for cases needing higher-level care. Your responsibilities will include managing ED protocols, utilizing Epic and SBAR systems, and coordinating with virtual wound care and pharmacy services — all without the need for IV teams or in-house wound care. This role offers a unique chance to sharpen your skills in a compact, fast-paced environment while enjoying the close-knit team atmosphere that comes with a smaller facility soon to be part of your daily routine.
