Job Description:

Step into the role of a MedSurg RN on a 12-hour night shift, providing crucial patient monitoring and effective coordination during your overnight hours. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a focused, dedicated environment where you'll manage patient progress, administer medications, and respond swiftly to urgent situations. Expect to support a unit that comfortably handles 6 to 7 patients per nurse, with occasional adjustments during unplanned staff absences.
