Job Description:

Join a vibrant Labor & Delivery unit where you'll experience the unique rhythm of 12-hour night shifts, providing vital care during the quieter hours of the hospital. As a dedicated RN, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of deliveries, including cesarean sections and vaginal assisted births, while working alongside a skilled team of 60 staff members. This assignment offers a chance to hone your skills with Meditech electronic medical records and advanced equipment like Beacon monitors. Expect a fast-paced environment with patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2 for labor and delivery, and up to 3:1 for postpartum care. Your expertise will keep the unit running smoothly through procedures such as versions, C-sections, and D&Cs, ensuring positive outcomes for every patient.
