Job Description:

Join a welcoming Medical Surgical unit in Kerrville, Texas, for a 13-week travel contract. This role offers 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with floating to diverse units including 2W, CDU, and ARU. You'll be part of a compassionate team in a modern facility, caring for patients with a focus on short stay and med/surg needs, with telemetry experience preferred. The assignment provides a chance to develop your skills in a vibrant setting known for its friendly culture and scenic surroundings—plus, the unique opportunity to explore Texas's renowned wine country just an hour from San Antonio. This is an excellent chance for seasoned travelers or those eager to gain new experience in a supportive environment, with a patient ratio of 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night. Responsibilities include providing quality support in a fast-paced environment while floating across units as needed, making your work both varied and rewarding. Certified in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS? Even better! First-time travelers are welcome, based on experience. This position offers a weekly gross of approximately $1,644, with a commitment of 36 hours per week, giving you plenty of time to enjoy all the local charm.
