Job Description:

Join us as a Travel RN in the Diabetes Medical Care Unit (DMCU) at this esteemed Tallahassee healthcare facility. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a unit that specializes in insulin drips and glucose management, requiring prior travel experience and a minimum of two years of clinical and MS Tele experience. You will be responsible for managing complex diabetic care, including insulin infusions, while navigating EPIC systems after orientation. This assignment offers a chance to work in a teaching hospital with a Level 2 Trauma designation, designated stroke center, and comprehensive chest pain services. Expect a patient ratio of roughly 1:5-6 in a unit that typically houses 30-35 beds. This role is perfect for experienced RNs seeking a challenging yet rewarding travel opportunity in a vibrant city.
