Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care facility in Lebanon, Indiana, as a Med/Surg Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract. In this role, you will work 12-hour day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, providing essential patient support on a 3x12 schedule. The position involves managing a patient ratio of 1:5 and may include float responsibilities depending on hospital needs. Local travelers are welcomed, with the option to earn a small differential, and all travelers will need to have PALS certification before starting. You'll experience the unique challenge of balancing busy med-surg units with pediatrics admissions while utilizing Meditech charting to document care. Expect to work a minimum of three weekends during the six-week period, with the possibility of being placed on call occasionally. This assignment offers a guaranteed 36 hours weekly and provides a great opportunity to enhance your telemedicine experience in a supportive environment.
