Job Description:

Join our team as a travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Peoria, Illinois. This opportunity places you at the forefront of patient care during overnight shifts—from 7:30 pm to 7:30 am—where your skills in assessment, care planning, and documentation will be essential in supporting patient well-being. You'll be responsible for managing a group of patients, performing initial assessments, implementing and adjusting care plans, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
