Job Description:

Join us for an engaging 13-week travel nursing assignment at a busy medical-surgical unit located in Evansville, Indiana. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, providing vital support for postoperative, UTI, sepsis, COPD, CHF, and high fall risk patients. The unit accommodates a mix of surgical and medical patients, giving you the opportunity to sharpen your assessment and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be expected to float within your skillset—sometimes between campuses, including nearby facilities in Newburgh and Henderson—and handle a variety of tasks such as managing chest tubes, NG/PEG tubes, and blood products. This assignment offers a chance to experience a lively community with friendly staff and an emphasis on teamwork. If you're a resilient RN with a minimum of two years of Med/Surg experience, current compact license, and recent EPIC charting expertise, this could be the perfect fit.
