Job Description:

As an RN in this role, you'll perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses to interventions—all while collaborating closely with families and interdisciplinary teams. Your expertise will help ensure patient comfort, education, and satisfaction, with a touch of leadership as you supervise and mentor licensed and non-licensed staff.
