Job Description:

Join our team as a Transplant Coordinator RN in a busy hematology and oncology transplant center. This role involves following patient cases from initial evaluation through post-transplant care, coordinating appointments, interpreting lab results and diagnostic tests, and collaborating with the transplant team. You'll be managing multiple patients at different phases of their transplant journey, requiring excellent organization and autonomy. The setting combines acute hospital and outpatient clinic environments, offering a unique chance to be involved in the entire transplant process without direct patient care. A knack for clinical assessment, understanding transplant protocols, and coordinating complex workflows will set you up for success in this engaging and rewarding assignment.
