Job Description:

Join our team as a LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse where you'll take charge of patient care on a 12-hour day shift. This role requires you to apply your critical thinking and scientific judgment in a setting that challenges your nursing skills daily. You'll lead the delivery of care by using the Nursing Process, delegating tasks to available staff, and supervising the team to ensure safe, effective treatment. The assignment offers a chance to sharpen your leadership abilities while working in a scenario that blends complex patient needs with a supportive environment, all within a dedicated LTAC/telemetry unit.
