Job Description:

Join our team as a med-surg RN for a 13-week contract in Fort Wayne, Indiana, working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a large hospital setting, managing conditions from chronic illnesses like COPD and diabetes to post-procedural care for colonoscopies, bronchoscopy, and minor surgeries. You'll perform assessments, care planning, and utilize advanced equipment such as IV pumps, wound vacs, and telemetry monitors, all while navigating the Epic EHR system. The assignment features a rotating schedule with three weekend shifts every four weeks, giving you the chance to experience the bustling medical units and collaborate with a professional team.
