Job Description:

Join the team at Aspirus Rhinelander for a 13-week contract as a registered nurse in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role involves 8-hour day shifts, providing an excellent opportunity to experience the vibrant community while delivering essential patient support. You'll be working primarily on a General Surgery Associate (GSA) unit, with the chance to float to nearby facilities such as Tomahawk, Eagle River, and Howard Young—so packing your flexibility is a must. Your responsibilities will include charting with Epic and maintaining compliance with mandatory certifications such as WI RN, BLS, and ACLS. Expect to handle call once per week and every 5-6 weekends, sometimes with low census and on-call duties. This assignment offers a well-rounded experience, combining routine patient interactions with occasional call responsibilities in a lively healthcare environment.
