Job Description:

Join a busy operating room team as an OR Technician in Alexandria, VA, where you'll be instrumental in supporting a wide range of surgical procedures across multiple specialties. With an emphasis on thoracic, trauma, neuro, spine, ortho, and robotics cases, you'll work in a fast-paced environment coordinating supplies, preparing the OR, and assisting surgical teams to ensure smooth operations. This role offers the chance to experience the intricacies of various surgeries in 11 state-of-the-art suites, handling an average of 25-35 cases daily. Scrubs are provided, and you'll receive specialized floor orientation to familiarize yourself with protocols. The setting demands a minimum of two years' experience and active VA licensure, along with current BLS (AHA) and CST certifications. Expect to work 8-hour days over a 13-week contract, contributing to a team focused on delivering precise surgical support.
