Job Description:

Join a dedicated operating room team in Presque Isle, Maine, for a 13-week travel assignment as a Registered Nurse or Scrub Tech. This role involves supporting general, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, gynecology (including C-sections), and heavy orthopedic surgeries such as trauma and total joints. You'll be working on a night shift schedule, with a focus on handling after-hours and on-call emergency cases, including trauma and emergency C-sections. This assignment offers the opportunity to sharpen your surgical skills within a bustling OR environment, working alongside skilled CRNAs and a supportive supervisor. Expect approximately 10-12 scheduled cases daily, with a mix of open and laparoscopic procedures, utilizing advanced technology like Cerner EMR and Pyxis medication dispensing. Candidates with prior travel experience and the required certifications are preferred, but manager approval can be provided for those who are qualified.
